Shipping policy

We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Estimated delivery times are usually 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, unless a different timeframe is shown at checkout or on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change an address after an order has been processed or dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
